Brandon Fitzpatrick, CFA

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER


As chief executive officer, Brandon oversees all operations of the firm. Brandon holds a BA from Brown University, a master’s in international relations from University of California-San Diego, and a master’s in economics from the University of Miami. He has taught courses in economics at the University of Miami, statistics at Boise State University, and finance at Pacific University. Additionally, Brandon has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of CFA Institute.

Casey Macomb

PORTFOLIO MANAGER


Casey has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry and is a commercial mortgage portfolio manager at DBF. He is chair of the Mortgage Investment Committee and oversees management of loan servicing. Casey holds a BA in business administration from the College of Idaho.

Justin Packard, CFA

PORTFOLIO MANAGER


Justin oversees the daily operations of the fixed income team at DBF. Justin holds a BA in finance from the University of Washington. He has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of CFA Institute.

Angelina Chantler

COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT


Angelina works in our commercial mortgage department, providing key support to managers. She has over 8 years of experience in the real estate industry and holds an AS from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.

Eric Guth

ANALYST


Eric is an analyst in our fixed income department, with an emphasis on mortgages. Eric holds a BBA in finance and accounting from Boise State University.

Muharem Ahmetovic

ANALYST


Muharem works as an analyst, providing assistance and analysis for our equity and fixed income portfolio managers. He holds a BS in business administration/international business from American InterContinental University.

Terri Christensen

VP OF OPERATIONS


As VP of operations, Terri manages the day-to-day operations of the firm. In addition, she serves as a key member of the due diligence team overseeing the Commercial Mortgage Strategy’s servicing program. Terri holds a BS in business administration from the University of Phoenix.

Tom Walker, CSCP

CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER


As chief compliance officer, Tom maintains firm compliance with regulatory agencies. Tom holds a BA in history from George Fox University and a Juris Doctorate in Law from Willamette University College of Law. Additionally, Tom has earned the right to use the Certified Securities Compliance Professional (CSCP) designation from the National Society of Compliance Professionals.

Oksana Sytay

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT


Oksana is an assistant in our operations department. She provides key assistance with day-to-day operations of the firm and services commercial mortgage loans for the fixed income department. Oksana holds an AA in business from American River College.

Christy Tanguy

ACCOUNTS/COMPLIANCE ASSISTANT


Christy is an assistant in our operations/compliance department. She provides key assistance with the day-to-day operations of the compliance department and administrative support for the equity department.
